Starbucks in New York City

Two tried to get sandwich from cold to hot, Failure! Middle was ice cold, shouldn't take 3 tries. Didn't have time to wait, nibble around the edges!😠

Best service, and good drinks and food

The service attitude is very poor, even if the drinks are wrong, they do not admit that it is their own problem. And the customers themselves did not say that they need to use stars points to redeem the drinks and they are automatically removed, and they want to return the points and use cash to pay for the dispute!!!

Strangely they had a limited selection of Starbucks prepackaged/bottled drinks. But the service was great and the seating area was ok and roomy.

This location is very clean and organized. The ambiance is comfortable and chill. I've never had the chance to sit and drink/eat at this spot but it appears to be a common thing here with the crowd. It is usually around 8:00a or 1:00p whenever I pop in to grab a drink. They are efficient, polite, and respectful. Everyone there appears to be happy working there which is a definite plus for any franchise. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quick grab-and-go or even a chill sit down and drink/eat.

From hundreds of Starbucks I’m using in thewhole entire city This is the first one which charge me for almond milk,disaster, I recommend to avoid wide angle

I enjoyed the caramel machiatto and warm coffee cake. The staff was freindly and polite

I usually order from the app so getting my coffee order is quick & I can often find a seat, but the staff can be rude/flippant towards customers coming in trying to redeem events on the app (which requires going thru the cashier, not the usual pick-up). It's baffling that they can treat actual Starbucks members this way... we're entitled to get our free coffees or whatever, stop being salty lol.

Starbucks is always a good place to eat at when you need a quick and cheap snack or drink. Tasty sandwiches and coffee. The place is big and clean. The bathrooms are big and always clean. The fast WiFi is a nice bonus.

This Starbucks is the only location at the out skirts of what makes up The Lower East Side of Manhattan. This area is famous for the tenement building. This Starbucks is usually very crowed and the staff is great.

Their app said they were open so I mobile ordered a drink. They were closed. I had to wait a half hour to get my drink (needed caffeine bad!) The guy told me they're not open and wouldn't even make the drink and slip it out the door to me. Worst Starbucks experience so far considering I was demoted for being late to a meeting. Won't be back which is a shame because it's a nice location. So, if you read this far it's actually not a bad Starbucks. This rating is for my experience today.

I wanted a Strawberry Acai but this is what they had oh well.

Consistently good. Nothing amazing, but doesn’t disappoint.

Did not like this starbuck shop at all, the place is not clean and more importantly hardly any power outlets and only one is working so you can imagine the hustle to sit near the only charging outlet and that too its so loose that it cannot bear the weight of plugs, the normal phone charger could not even be fixed into the socket, forget about the huge mac book charger. If you really want to work and need power supply then you would not be able to work and enjoy coffee at the same time.

My sandwich was good and my green tea was good ! But I spelled my name for the cashier and he still spelled it wrong 😭😭 Why ? Everytime and I love Starbucks! It's Rabia !

The worst cappuccino in my life. I love Starbucks, but sometimes baristas don't really know how to make good coffee or don't want to🤷🏽‍♀️

Just too many bad experiences at this Starbucks. One employee told me that if I want to get a drink without ice that he could only fill it up HALF way??? Now I have a watered down drink because I got it using their star reward system.

Large open space with huge windows and a view of Delancey... Killa Kyleon playing. Lines could get long and bathroom is gross

I gave 2 stars because the cashier was pleasant but the Barista was not, at all. He almost seemed to be annoyed to be at work. I watched him make my drink and he attempted to place non-whipped, whipped cream in my drink. It looked to still be in the basic heavy cream state. When I pointed it out, he tried to make excuses as to why it looked like that until I eventually talked him into correcting the issue. I finally got my drink and it was very disgusting. I ordered a white mocha and it honestly did not taste like something I have ever gotten from Starbucks. I am an avid Starbucks shopper and I always order the same thing so I know how a white mocha should taste and I don’t know if he left out the flavoring or what. Either way, will not be visiting this location again.

The baristas are the best of the biggest coffee shops i've ever had the pleasure of visiting.

It's a big place than all the ones I've been in.

Pretty fast service. As I sit doing work for few hours I usually get a refill or two and the staff makes a big deal, asking to see my cup, if I sitting here for the past 2 hours. It annoys me when I'm right there doing my work next to them.

After not coming to this area in a while, I came today to use the restroom and kill an hour of time. Which reminded me of how bad this bathroom is. There were 3 empty rolls of toilet paper, the floor was all wet, the seat was all wet, and there’s graffiti and stickers everywhere. The seating environment itself is also not ideal; other customers have left napkins and wrappers behind, and no one cleans it up.

Nice normal Starbucks with lovely staff, but heads up Google Maps says they open at 5:45 and they definitely don’t! They open at some point after 6, it depends which day you get here how late after. So that’s the only misleading thing about the information provided here!

too many homelesses in the area. they would sometime just walk in to ask, "hey, you got a dollar?" i've also seen on numerous occasions elderly hobo folks falling asleep to the point of just passing out so that 911 had to be called in. can't blame the staff or mgmt, but I guess it's a difficult environment to do business.

This is one of the better stores. They usually put on good variety of music too. Lots of seating with a great view of Delancey Street.

...Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks . . . ..Not crazy about Starbucks upscale "designer" coffees, but this location is most certainly convenient..Wonder how many sites may close in a downturning economy, since this Operation may feel the pinch..Starbucks prides themselves on quality products and this Location does them proud....

The staff seems NOT to know which items were redeemed. I received an invitation to redeem a protien lunch box. But he told me I had to redeem the reward item (protien lunch box) with 200 points. Of course I refused. Then I left.Good luck!

One of the better SB in the area. Big. Clean. Packed with young slackers and liberals sipping coffee. Great atmosphere

My go-to spot to get work done on the weekends.Super friendly staff at this location. One staff member tried to be the gatekeeper of coffee refills and deny my purchase of a refill, but I just let him know he can't do that and tried to calm his fragile ego. Felt bad for the kid. Anyway, the other staff are friendly.Can be busy on weekends if you're trying to find a table to sit, but usually something opens up fairly quick.

Very impressed with the service here. My iced espresso was made to perfection and the staff was super friendly. Ample seating and bathroom is available upon request.

Staff at this Starbucks are very rude, cashier looks at you like you are crazy when you ask the price of a peppermint mocha. Doesn’t leave any room to fill milk when asked, also was a hassle for the employee to do so but they didn’t anyways. Very disappointed with the staff at this location.

I started liking Starbucks much more ever since I started using the mobile app. I can order from home or my office and by the time I get to the store my order is ready. Once someone took my order and the employees simply gave me a new order, no questions asked. Those bantam balls are really amazing also. They are two bite size . The only problem with them is if you bite them wrong, the cream cheese squirts out of the other side. However, they are delicious. Coffee is really delicious and I am so glad I can drink it whenever I want how ever I want. Wish I would have thought of Starbucks. On Christmas the employees where santa hats and play great music. Really makes me happy even though I'm a Jew.

I love Starbucks. Never usually a long line and you can be in and out in under 10 minutes. The staff here are friendly and I've never had a issue w my order. I would suggest that they expand the restroom as there is only 1 for the establishment although over 50 seats.

Wow! The volume of the music is insanely loud for a coffee shop. I have never experienced the Peanuts Christmas song at 85 dB. I also noticed a lack of power outlets.
